Terms of Service

Pillar Engine is an AI-assisted content engine that ingests your brand, infers voice and ICPs, generates SEO and AEO pages, and learns from your edits. We provide the software; you provide the brand inputs and the editorial judgement.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
• One human per login. Workspace seats can be shared with teammates by invitation.

You agree not to use Pillar Engine to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing.
• Produce material that pretends to be a real person or a publication without authorisation.
• Spam, phish, or run black-hat SEO at scale.
• Reverse-engineer the service, scrape it, or attempt to extract proprietary prompts or scoring rubrics.
• Resell the service to third parties without a written agency agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or put other customers at risk. Where time permits we will warn first, but we reserve the right to act immediately if the abuse is ongoing.

• New workspaces start on a 14-day trial with a cap of 10 generated pages. No card is required to start the trial.
• Paid plans bill monthly via Stripe. You can cancel any time from the workspace billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds. We do not refund partial months. We will issue a pro-rated refund only when a provable bug on our side blocked you from using the product for more than 24 hours within a billing period. Email alejandro.trevinom96@gmail.com with the run IDs.
• Prices may change. Existing paid customers get at least 30 days’ written notice and can cancel before the new pricing applies.

• You own what you generate. To the extent the law allows it, the pages, Brand Bibles, voice samples, and edits produced inside your workspace are yours.
• You grant Pillar Engine a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that content strictly for the purpose of operating the service for you.
• You are responsible for verifying generated content before publishing. AI output can be wrong; the obligation to fact-check sits with you.

Pillar Engine produces marketing and editorial content. It is not legal, medical, financial, tax, or any other kind of professional advice. Do not rely on generated text for decisions in those domains without an appropriately licensed professional.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pillar Engine and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty that generated content will rank, convert, or be free of factual errors.

• You can close your account at any time from the workspace settings. We delete workspace data within 30 days; see the Privacy Policy.
• We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, that fail to pay, or that we reasonably believe expose us to legal risk.
• Sections 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10 survive termination.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify existing customers by email at least 14 days before the new version takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Pillar Engine is operated from, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country says otherwise.
